Hours of operation during COVID-19:
Tues-Fri 9-4 PST
With the development of the Covid-19 pandemic around everyone, some of our suppliers have expressed the need to shut down for awhile. So far, Shimano, Daiwa, Okuma, Penn, Mercury Marine (Motorguide), Minn Kota & Cannon, Islander Reels, Humminbird have come forward saying they are not shipping any parts orders until further notice.
At this time, these are the only suppliers that have contacted us that are closed for now. Keep in mind we will not be able to order anything from these suppliers until the shutdowns are reversed.
For Mike's Reel Repair, we will start by closing Saturdays. If we are forced to close, it will be at the government's call. We will open as soon as we are able if that happens.
Please do not send multiple messages or phone calls about the same order or for support. We will return all calls as soon as we can....leave a message if you cannot get through. Our phone mailbox only holds a certain amount of messages. Over the weekends, especially now, the message box can be full by the time we come in on Tuesdays. Please be patient as we return messages. To those people that are complaining that our phones are busy....well, yes they are busy, that's life for the time being. Deal with it. Everyone is in the same boat doing the best they can.
To those that are accepting of the increased time frames, thank you from the bottom of our hearts...really :)
