Product Description
DAM Quick 110-498 Lever Shaft - SLS 2
Fix your stuck or broken anti-reverse switch with this genuine DAM Quick Lever Shaft.
The 110-498 Lever Shaft is the essential mechanical link for the anti-reverse system on the DAM Quick SLS 2. It passes through the reel body, connecting the external thumb switch to the internal cam and pawl assembly. When this shaft shears or the splines become stripped, the external switch will spin freely without engaging the anti-reverse, or the system may become stuck in one mode. This authentic replacement part restores the positive, tactile switching required to toggle your reel between back-winding and instant-stop modes.

-
Locate the internal connection point where the shaft meets the anti-reverse cam plate.
-
Remove the retaining screw or clip that holds the shaft to the cam.
-
Pull the old shaft out from the exterior of the reel body.
-
Clean the pass-through hole and apply a light coating of marine grease to the new 110-498 shaft to maintain a water-resistant seal.
