Product Description
DAM Quick 110-488 Lever - SLS 0 / 1
Ensure the mechanical precision of your ultralight reel with this genuine DAM Quick Lever.
This lever is a key internal component for the DAM Quick SLS 0 and SLS 1 spinning reels. In most diagrams for these models, this part functions as the Anti-Reverse Pawl or Stop Lever, responsible for engaging the ratchet to prevent the handle from turning backward. A worn lever can result in a slipping anti-reverse, causing the handle to "knuckle-bust" or spin freely during a hookset. This authentic replacement part restores the instant lock-up and reliability of your reel.

Installation Notes
Replacing this lever requires opening the reel body.
-
Remove the spool, handle, and side plate screws to access the gearbox.
-
Locate the anti-reverse mechanism near the pinion gear or rotor shaft base.
-
Remove the old lever, being extremely careful not to launch the tiny spring attached to it.
-
Clean the pivot post of old grease and debris.
-
Install the new 110-488 lever, ensuring it moves freely. Re-engage the spring so the lever puts tension against the ratchet.
-
Test the anti-reverse switch on the outside of the reel body to ensure the lever engages and disengages correctly before sealing the unit.
