Product Description
DAM Quick 110-463 Bail Arm - SLS 5
Restore the rugged reliability of your surf casting reel with this genuine DAM Quick Bail Arm.
The bail arm is a critical structural component of the rotor assembly, serving as the heavy-duty anchor for the bail wire. Designed exclusively for the massive DAM Quick SLS 5, this part is built to withstand the extreme torque and punishment of big game fishing and surf casting. Whether your original arm has suffered impact damage on the rocks or stress fractures from heavy usage, this authentic replacement part restores the solid lock-up and smooth pivot action required to handle heavy lines and hard-fighting fish.

Installation Notes
Replacing the bail arm on the SLS 5 requires a sturdy screwdriver and attention to the internal mechanisms.
-
Remove the heavy-duty retaining screw to detach the old arm.
-
Be careful to retain any washers or the bail spring/trip lever located within the arm assembly.
-
Clean the large pivot post on the rotor of any salt build-up, sand, or old grease.
-
Apply a generous coating of marine-grade reel grease to the pivot point.
-
Position the new 110-463 arm, re-engage the spring mechanism, and tighten the screw firmly. Ensure the arm pivots freely; if it binds, check for trapped debris or misalignment.
