Product Description
DAIWA LEVELWIND (F59-6004 / 6F596004)
Ensure perfect line lay on your deep-drop electric reel with this genuine Daiwa replacement level wind guide.
The Daiwa F59-6004 Levelwind (also identified as 6F596004) is the primary line guide assembly for the Tanacom 750 and select heavy-duty electric reels. This part travels back and forth along the worm shaft, guiding the line onto the spool under the immense tension of deep-sea fishing.
If your line is stacking unevenly, or if the guide itself is cracked, bent, or has a worn ceramic insert from heavy braided line use, replacing this unit is essential to prevent line failure and motor strain. This is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part.

Why Replace Your Levelwind Guide?
The level wind guide takes the direct force of the line as it comes off the rod tip. Saltwater corrosion or high-impact "shock" from stopping a heavy sinker can damage the guide eyelet or the body of the carrier. A damaged guide can fray expensive braided line or cause the reel's auto-stop features to function incorrectly.
Tech Tip: When installing this levelwind, always inspect the Line Guide Pawl (often part 612-20601) and the Worm Shaft for damage. If the guide was stuck, the pawl is likely worn as well.
