Product Description
SHIMANO 105N9 ROD CLAMP NUT (B) (TGT0352)
Secure Your Reel to the Rod
The Shimano 105N9 Rod Clamp Nut (B) (Part No. TGT0352) is the genuine OEM nut used to fasten the reel clamp assembly on many of Shimano’s saltwater lever drag and star drag reels. This nut threads onto the rod clamp bolts (studs) to tightly sandwich the reel foot against the fishing rod seat, preventing the reel from twisting or loosening during a heavy fight.
Made from corrosion-resistant material, these nuts are designed to withstand the harsh saltwater environment. However, they are easily lost during reel swaps or can seize if not properly greased. Keeping spares on hand ensures you are never unable to mount your reel securely before a trip.

Installation Tip: Always apply a dab of marine grease to the threads of the Clamp Bolt before tightening this nut. This prevents galvanic corrosion (seizing) between the bolt and the nut, ensuring you can easily remove the clamp later. Do not overtighten, as this can crack the reel seat on your rod.
