Temporary Suspension of Shipments to the USA
A Quick Message for Our U.S. Customers
Hello to all our friends in the United States,
We have some tough news to share. For now, we have to stop all shipping to the U.S.
This was a very hard choice for us to make. We love our U.S. customers—you make up a big part of our business! We’ve built great friendships with so many of you over the years.
Lately, new government rules and taxes have made shipping to the U.S. very expensive. When your package arrives, you might get a surprise bill for extra fees. These fees can be very high, and we don't think that's fair to you.
We are working hard to find another way to ship to you. But if these new rules stay, we might have to stop shipping to the U.S. for a long time. This could even mean we have to close our shop for good, which would be heartbreaking.
Want to help? Here’s what you can do:

Contact your government leaders. Ask them to bring back the old rules that let small packages cross the border easily, without big extra fees.

Talk to your local fishing shops and the companies that make your reels. Ask them to also tell the government that these rules are important.

Reach out to the big shipping companies (like UPS and FedEx). Let them know that their extra fees are just too high for packages from other countries.

Speak up! Fishing is important. It helps families put food on the table, helps people relax, and helps the planet by letting us repair our gear instead of throwing it away.

We would be so grateful if you could stick with us and keep your order open. We know this is a big ask, and we completely understand if you need to cancel. There are no hard feelings at all. We’re just really hoping this gets fixed soon so we can get your parts to you.
