I ordered handle screw that was hard to find for Daiwa. They informed me the status of the back order from the manufactuerer in Japan and it could take several months. It did take several months to receive the item but I was very impressed with the customer service. They informed me of the back order status and prompt update with package tracking after it was shipped. It is delight to see care and great customer service for a small order.
