Ordered some spare, hard to find, Hardy Ultralite CC click check pawls from Mike's reel repair. I did so because the part design (cheap plastic) is flawed and of cheap Korean manufacture. So far the same part has broken twice. Hardy has replaced the entire reel once already. Because their warranty work takes forever and is a REAL pain to deal with I decided to just buy the part(s) myself and replace them as necessary. Which will probably be very soon. I'll NEVER buy another Hardy product again as I couldn't even get them to respond to my latest requests for service. That said, Mike's Reel Repair was GREAT to deal with. Customer service was great and shipping from their side of the continent to my side wasn't bad at all. After the order when I inquired about how long it would take the parts to arrive they responded immediately. If I ever need any other reel repair parts I know I'm going to use Mike's. PS. Stay away from Hardy Ultralite CC click check reels.....they're junk.
