Hi. If this reel is not a North American modelreel, not sold in North American outlets, or any other English-speaking continent, you are out of luck, according to past history from contacting Shimano, on other models.

You can always try California HQ off the Shimano web page's 1-800 number, and verifiy. But they won't have the parts, if the reel's not sold in North America.

You will need to contact the Shimano rep in the country where it's sold.
If it's Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, etc, you'll need to contact the Asian/Pacific Rim rep.
