I couldn't seem to find the above schematics listed. I see Z3500ia and X3500ia but not the exact models I need.

They should be both at Daiwa's home page......

Daiwa, service, parts diagrams, basic model, type of reel. I just checked for the emblem, and it's there, so I suspect the other one will be as well.

What link are you using to find the schematics?
All I get is the same screen when I go to
http://www.daiwa.com/partsdiagram/index.aspx

Its been that way for months. I used to be able to get some info there but lately it stopped working. It just keeps popping up back to the same screen with no result or a message to call an 800 number.

Could be your machine....it may be a plan to clear all your cookies, and (clear your cache) delete all your temp. pages. (Assuming you are pc not a mac)
Good luck.... the reels are over 10 years old, according to the notes
on the schematics.

That worked, Thanks!

Not sure whats up with Daiwa from here, I can't get into their schematics with my laptop or main computer, tried it from a buddies and no go as well.

I run a PC, one with XP Pro, one with Vista, another with Linux, no go with any of these.

I think I'm missing a lot of other pics and things on their site, I've got choices and no pics, and pics with no active links. It used to work but it's been a while since I had to use it.
