| I bought a penn 9 on ebay. When I disengage the eccentric lever, the spool spins but it will still reel when I turn the handle. My other penn 9 does not do this. Is this an easy fix or should I send the reel back? |

? Unsure of what you're experiancing. When you flip the lever, are you saying you have free spool, then when you put it back to cast, you still have free spool? Or ?????
